As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will spend your day attending property viewings with potential tenants and providing feedback to the lettings team. Property experience isn’t required for this role. It is more important that you have a friendly, outgoing personality, and first-class customer service skills. Skills and competencies:
- Experience within a sales / client facing role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion for property
- Good attention to detail
- Highly motivated and well-organised
- Have a positive attitude and work well in a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate.
- Full UK driving licence and your own car.
The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on previous experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 10am to 3pm and you will get half a day back in lieu for this.
