Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator
A successful family run Estate Agency and Lettings operation are seeking new talent to join their expanding and flourishing team.
- £20,000 initial basic salary while you are training, rising once probation is passed
- £30,000 - £34,000 Year 1 On Target Earnings, rising as your training and performance progresses
- Commission and bonuses available from multiple income streams
- Use of a pool car during working hours (a company car will be considered in the future once probation is passed and targets are being achieved)

Applications are now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency & Lettings industry. Applications from Graduates are welcome, as well as experienced sales professionals (in which case the salary will be adjusted from this advert and will be commensurate with your experience).
- Experience in sales or customer facing roles will be an advantage.
- You will need to have a valid UK driving licence.
Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Key Responsibilities:
- To interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and business opportunities.
- To contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments.
- To negotiate with potential purchasers, ensuring that our client's interests are your primary concern.
- To co-ordinate your transactions ensuring that you provide the highest standards of customer care to buyers and sellers, expediting the matter and securing future recommendations.
- To integrate into a team environment and to provide support to your colleagues and Branch Manager.
- To introduce clients and applicants to your Mortgage Consultant.
- To ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met.
- To achieve sales targets as agreed with your Branch Manager.
- To be familiar with all systems, procedures and legislation. To project a professional image to the public and work colleagues.
Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator- Experience / Qualification:
- A robust sales background, or
- A University Degree
- Valid UK driving licence essential
