Vacancy: ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Clapham, SW4
Salary: OTE £48k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A large Independent Estate Agents are seeking a highly experienced, professional Assistant Sales Manager to join their successful branch in the Clapham area.
The role will involve growing the property register by conductions valuations and winning instructions, assisting the Sales Manager in maximising branch profit, managing and developing the sales team to their full potential. You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with the clients delivering first class experience. You will be highly motivated, and target driven.
The ideal candidates must have experience in residential sales in a similar role. You will have a proven track record in securing new business. You will need a full UK driving licence.
The Company: Our client is an established, market leading independent Estate Agency based in Kent and the Southwest London area
Skills required for this Estate Agency Assistant Sales Manager role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- NFOPP / NAEA qualification a benefit (not essential)
- Listing & valuation experience advantageous
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manners and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Clapham and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
