Leasing Coordinator/Administrator (Temporary Position)

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator/Administrator to join their team temporarily! Position Details:

  • Job Title: Leasing Coordinator/Administrator
  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Duration: 3-5 weeks
  • Pay Rate: 15 - 16.92 per hour
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Location: Bond Street (Working within Head Office or on-site within zones 1-3)

Key Responsibilities:
As the Leasing Coordinator/Administrator, you will be the friendly face of the client, engaging with potential tenants and ensuring a seamless leasing process. Your main duties will include:

  • Responding to all new enquiries within 24 hours and maintaining accurate records.
  • Re-engaging leads in various pipeline stages to schedule viewings or close tickets.
  • Scheduling and confirming viewings, liaising with site teams to verify past viewings.
  • Following up on completed viewings to gather feedback and encourage offers.
  • Monitoring reservation statuses and initiating renewal conversations 90 days before tenancy ends.
  • Supporting the leasing team with administrative tasks and contributing to marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following essential skills and experience:

  • Experience in a customer-focused environment; property industry experience is a bonus!
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to creatively address client needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including document drafting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Qube is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
