Are you a property professional with a passion for corporate lettings and an ability or building strong partnerships? We're looking for a proactive and driven Lettings Manager on a 12 month FTC to lead our corporate lettings approach within a flagship Build to Rent (BTR) development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all corporate lettings activity, including managing key relationships with relocation agents and negotiating bulk tenancy agreements.
  • Oversee the full lettings journey - from enquiry to move-in and working closely with the Tenancy team to ensure all processes remain fully compliant.
  • Lead, support and develop a team of negotiators, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and managing relationships with third-party letting agents.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting on lettings activity, performance, and occupancy trends.
  • Ensure the day-to-day running of the lettings office is efficient, including team rotas and general coordination.

Essential Requirements

  • ARLA Level 3 qualification or above.
  • Strong background in the BTR sector, with proven experience working alongside corporate and relocation clients.
  • Sound understanding of relevant lettings legislation and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrable experience managing teams and achieving performance targets in a lettings environment.
