LETTINGS MANAGER - VICTORIADove and Hawk are working in partnership with an independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a lettings manager to join their team. Duties/functions of the role:

  • Oversee the Lettings Department
  • Build and expand Lettings business
  • Conduct Market Appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions
  • Follow up old Market Appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate
  • Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads
  • List properties from the existing database/network
  • Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage the team and carry out monthly one to ones and team meetings
  • Carry out viewings of properties with prospective tenants
  • Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
  • Negotiate lettings deals and progress the letting of properties once a price is agreed
  • Deal with any lettings issues that may arise

Requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, minimum 5 years
  • Landlord/Tenant Matters and Estate Agents expertise
  • Team management experience
  • Prime Central London experience
  • A proven track record of valuation experience and winning business
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Must be well spoken and well presented
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Property Management and Customer Service
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of local property market trends in Islington, Highbury, and Clerkenwell
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in estate agency management or property services
