What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Leading and motivating a team within a busy lettings office
- Winning new instructions and building the lettings portfolio
- Managing client relationships with professionalism and integrity
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and retention
- Dealing confidently with high-end properties
- Overseeing the full lettings process across all property types
- Supporting the business with strategy, growth, and compliance
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience as a Lettings Manager or strong Assistant Lettings Manager ready to step up
- Proven track record in instruction winning and listing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Results-driven with a proactive, professional attitude
- Sound knowledge of the lettings market and legislation
- Full UK Driving License
- Local knowledge of the Norwood area preferred
