Working hours:
As a Lettings Manager you will work Monday – Friday (some Saturdays based on business requirements)
Salary package on offer:
- Basic salary up to £30,000
- OTE upwards of £70,000
- Fantastic Commission Structure
- Car allowance starting at £350 per month.

Lettings Manager requirements:
- Previous experience as either a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager.
- Proven track record of closing business.
- Â A driven and ambitious attitude
- Excellent knowledge of the local area and the market
- Clean driving licence & own vehicle
Key duties of the Lettings Manager role will include:
- Resolve any customer issues that may arise
- Complete valuations  Â
- Build strong relationships with a range of people including landlords and tenants.
- Manage the team and offer support and guidance.
- Keep up to date with the current market and any changes in the local area.
