- Lead and inspire a successful lettings team to exceed performance targets
- Conduct valuations and win new instructions across Putney and surrounding areas
- Develop long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee compliance, customer service, and day-to-day lettings operations
- Strategically grow local market share through strong leadership and innovation
- Ensure all listings are professionally marketed and fully compliant
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in lettings, ideally at senior negotiator or management level
- In-depth knowledge of the South West London lettings market
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Proven ability to generate new business and lead by example
- ARLA qualification (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive basic salary (£35,000–£40,000 depending on experience)
- Uncapped OTE with potential earnings of £70,000+
