The Role
We are seeking a professional and proactive Mandarin-speaking Property Manager to join our highly knowledgeable, fast-paced team in North West London. As part of an agency with a strong presence in South East Asia, you will work closely with our overseas clients to manage a portfolio of high-value residential properties. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in the property management sector while working with high-net-worth individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional standards of service and supporting the growth of our ambitious client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through excellent customer service.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties.
• Address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Chase rental arrears and ensure timely collections.
• Negotiate deposit returns and resolve tenancy disputes.

Your Skills and Experience

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proven track record in residential property management.
• Highly self-motivated, with a strong desire to progress your career.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Quick and efficient in resolving inquiries and issues.
• Recognised for delivering outstanding customer service in previous roles.
