Your Role:As a Property Manager at Reed, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Group Property Director and senior/executive levels at RSR. You will consult on key property initiatives, ensure alignment with RSR's property strategy, and provide top-notch service to the wider Reed Group.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between Property and key RSR functions such as Operations, HR, Tax, and Finance to ensure collaboration on all property-related matters.

  • Support the collation and analysis of business property requirements, providing feedback to relevant teams.

  • Appoint and manage external surveyors and consultants, ensuring the property database is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Monitor rent reviews and lease renewals, providing advice and recommendations on property locations, conditions, and costs.

  • Assist in new contract and/or lease implementations, including coordination of workstreams, property selection, and resolution of any issues.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for landlord-related issues and queries, including property inspections and recommendations.

  • Work on property-related relocations, refurbishments, and small project works, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Contribute to sustainability and inclusion initiatives, ensuring compliance with environmental accreditations and supporting the Tax team with relevant exemptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualification or working towards it is ideal but not essential.

  • Proven experience in commercial property management.

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to understand the financial impact of decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising professionally at all levels.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to seeking positive change.

  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
