- Proven years of experience in residential property management.
- Full and clean UK drivers license.
- Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ARLA Propertymark qualification.
