Our client is a market-leading, independent estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings, and property management across South West London. With a reputation for integrity, local expertise, and exceptional service, they are proud to serve communities in Balham, Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Earlsfield, and beyond.We're searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to join their expert team in Balham. This role is integral to maintaining their high standards of service and ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential rental properties.
  • Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, contractors, and professional advisors.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Oversee pre-tenancy preparations and compliance checks.
  • Handle tenancy deposit returns and administer DPS claims.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes, adapting practices accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure databases are up to date.
Requirements:
  • Proven years of experience in residential property management.
  • Full and clean UK drivers license.
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ARLA Propertymark qualification.
