- Manage a portfolio of residential properties across South West London.
- Handle all tenant and landlord enquiries, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Organise and oversee maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor coordination.
- Conduct virtual property inspections and arrange in-person visits when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation, including safety certifications and legal requirements.
- Oversee tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit disputes.
- Manage service charges, invoicing, and supplier payments.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property management.
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., Arthur, Reapit, or similar).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- South West London market knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- £45,000 annual salary.
