The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property management.
  • Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in property management software (e.g., Arthur, Reapit, or similar).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
  • South West London market knowledge is desirable but not essential.
