What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a large portfolio of residential properties
- Liaising professionally with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Handling tenancy renewals and deposit negotiations
- Serving Section 21 and Section 8 Notices
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in Residential Property Management
- In-depth knowledge of current lettings legislation
- Strong organisational and workload prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Persuasive, diplomatic, and friendly approach
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- A professional, customer-focused attitude
