We are seeking an experienced Tenant Services Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role with a balanced mix of time spent across locations: 2 days on site in Ealing, 2 days at our Central London Office and the option for 1 day remote. This position focuses on the day to day management of residential tenanted portfolios, working closely with Landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential property management
  • Experience managing social housing portfolios

Key responsibilities:

  • Instruct and oversee essential works and compliance testing to meet legal certification standards
  • Monitor and coordinate with contractors and manage on site work
  • Ensure all properties meet health and safety regulations
  • Track and optimise letting performance
  • Manage and adhere to property budgets.
  • Record and report all relevant financial matters.
