Property ManagerNorth West London £40,000-£45,000An established property group based in North West London, are recruiting for a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across London.This position will play a crucial role in maintaining property standards, ensuring legal compliance and fostering strong relationships with tenants, contractors and landlords.Working hours Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Fridays 9am-1pm. Key Responsibilities* Working within the property management team * Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties * Ensure all properties are fully compliant with current laws and regulations* Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders* Handle maintenance issues, schedule inspections, and coordinate necessary repairs* Oversee rent collection and manage property-related financials* Prepare, review, and negotiate tenancy agreements and leases* Liaise with external agencies and regulatory bodies when required* Assist with some block management (training provided)Key Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years experience in property management* In-depth knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office SuiteThis is a fabulous opportunity for a Property Manager seeking a local opportunity which offers a work life balance.Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
