Collins Property Recruitment are working with a highly experienced team of property consultants in Cockfosters. The business is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their busy team covering a variety of postcodes.
Managing the company’s residential property portfolio of c250 properties through North-West & Central London.
As a Property Manager, you will support and work alongside the Head of Acquisitions and Estates to manage and maintain the entire portfolio of residential property, as well as supporting and advising the Property Management team members.
To apply you must have actual hands-on experience in the following:
- Supporting a team to ensure tenants satisfaction and a compliant property management service.
- A solid understanding of property maintenance and overseeing in-house contractors, as well as third party contractors.
- A clear and in depth understanding of Assured Shorthold Tenancies.
- Maximising rental income and ensuring voids are kept to a minimum and mitigating rent arrears.
- Dealing with ad hoc problems and unforeseeable situations.
- A working knowledge of property management software packages (experience using Focus would be advantageous).
- Planning routine and reactive maintenance.
- Carrying out property inspections both planned and adhoc.
- Ensuring properties are well maintained and costs are well controlled.
- Handling complaints and providing solutions.
In return, the Property Manager will receive:
- £35,000 - £40,000 basic, dependent on experience
- Bonus structure
- Monday – Friday only
