To be considered for this role you should have experience within residential property management, be up to date on current lettings legislation, and eager to progress into a team leader role in the near future.

Skills and competencies:
- At least 2+ years’ experience within property management
- ARLA/NFoPP would be beneficial
- Good understanding of current lettings legislation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Highly motivated and well-organised
- Have a positive attitude and work well in a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate.
The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on previous experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
