Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties across East London
• Ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practices
• Handle tenant queries, maintenance requests, and tenancy renewals
• Conduct property inspections and oversee repairs efficiently
• Build strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants

The Property Manager:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Residential Property Management (Social Housing background advantageous)
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge: Confident with property legislation, inventories, and compliance
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CFP or similar CRM, Excel & general IT
• Organisation: Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Other: Full, clean UK driving licence + professional appearance
