We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic residential lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Your new role
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and compliance with current letting legislation.
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams throughout active tenancies.
- Oversee tenancy renewals, legal notices, and deposit negotiations in line with statutory requirements.
- Conduct property visits and prepare detailed reports, addressing any issues promptly.
- Coordinate safety checks, inventories, and insurance claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain CRM systems and paperless filing, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support colleagues when required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Competent in IT systems; knowledge of Aspasia is an advantage.
- Full, valid driving licence required.
