Job Vacancy: Property Manager (9-Month Contract - Maternity Cover)Location: Crystal Palace | Employment Type: Full-Time | Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a multi franchise Estate Agents at their Crystal Palace branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised individual looking to make an impact managing a residential portfolio of approximately 130 properties.

Key Details:

  • Contract: 9 months (with potential to become permanent)

  • Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:45am-6:00pm, Friday 8:45am-5:00pm

  • Driving Requirement: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required (mileage reimbursed for site visits)

  • Parking: Free on-street parking available near the office

  • Work Arrangement: Office-based (not hybrid)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Proven ability to manage a busy portfolio and deliver high levels of service to both landlords and tenants
