The portfolio for the Property Manager vacancy at their Regional Office in NW6 contains the following:-
- 13 - Residential Sites - (smallest 6 units - largest 232 units)
- Approximately 1300 units in total (including AST which will be managed by the Tenancy Team) - just to give an overall feeling for the size of the portfolio.
- Most of the portfolio are High Rise Buildings
- Active Resident Associations at most blocks
- Onsite staff at most sites
- All in Central London, six of the sites are located within a five-minute walk of each other, making it easier to inspect and manage.
Candidate will need to be MTPI accredited with proactive and good communication skills. Ideally, we will need 5 + years’ experience in a similar role with a strong property management background. Confident with liaising with active Resident Associations, being able to manage their expectations and at the same time deliver an exceptional service.
Candidates will need to be well organised and proactive in day-to-day management, ensuring timely responses are provided. Be able to manage and organise on site staff with confidence ensuring they are performing a good level of service at all times.
Salary will be £50,000 with some very good benefits
Our client works from very nice offices in Nw6 and standard office hours are 9.15am -5.30pm Mon - Fri ( no weekends or Bank Holidays)
