What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Handling maintenance issues and property inspections
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Delivering high-quality customer service throughout the tenancy cycle
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in Property Management / Residential Lettings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of customer service and professional approach
- Positive, proactive attitude and excellent organisational abilities
- Smart, articulate, and well-presented
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- ARLA qualification advantageous
