What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing or supporting the management of a residential property portfolio
- Handling tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and contractor liaison
- Communicating effectively with tenants, landlords, and suppliers
- Ensuring properties are compliant with current legislation
- Organising maintenance and repairs
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting service standards
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Some experience in residential Property Management
- Understanding of lettings and property management processes
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn (especially for junior candidates)
- Knowledge of the London property market is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
