Sales Property Manager | London | Full Time | Working hours are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm or 9:00 am (with 1 hour lunch break) or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm if no break out of office is needed | £35,000 starting salary plus commission

They are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong sales background to join their team.

Please note- the successful candidate may occasionally be required to travel and meet new clients to establish relationships.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Experience in property management, lettings, or real estate sales is essential
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Practical, hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail

What will your role look like?

  • Drive property sales and lettings by identifying new business opportunities and actively closing deals with clients
  • Proactively reach out to new clients and companies, presenting properties
  • Negotiate and close deals on property sales, leases, and renewals
  • Manage the daily operations of properties, including maintenance coordination, tenant and guest relations, and ensuring smooth transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and companies
  • Work closely with a small internal team and report directly to Managing director
