The Role:

As an Assistant Sales Manager you will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all our clients and customers.

Maintain contact with a database of potential vendors and buyers.

You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers. You will also be involved in prospecting and conducting Market Appraisals.

Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement

Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.

Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities


Requirements:

  • Proven 2-3 years experience in properties sales position
  • Self-driven with a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills Verbal and Written
  • Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
  • Well organised
  • A natural Negotiator
  • A full Driving Licence
