- Maintain contact with a database of potential buyers and vendors.
- Take part in the scheduling and delivering of Market appraisals.
- Responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
- Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.
- Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.
- Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.
- Providing training and support to junior staff members
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years as a Sales Negotiator.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Well organised with an attention to detail.
- Driven to succeed.
- Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
- Full driving licence
