Estate Agent Branch Manager / Associate Director (Sales & Lettings) Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch across both sales and lettings
- Manage and mentor the team to drive performance and deliver results
- Take responsibility for valuations, instructions, negotiations, and pipeline management
- Identify growth opportunities and implement business development strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
Estate Agent Branch Manager / Associate Director (Sales & Lettings) Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar senior role within estate agency is essential
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercially driven with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Full UK driving licence or equivalent required
