- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and local professionals
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
- Contribute to team incentives and branch growth
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager / Sales Manager Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in residential sales is essential
- Confident business winner with strong negotiation and rapport-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and career-focused
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence or equivalent required
