Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Estate Manager to take full ownership of a prestigious mixed-use residential development in North London. This is a high-profile position where you'll be the visible lead for residents, occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring the estate is maintained and operated to the highest possible standard.
You'll be responsible for leading the on-site team, overseeing all building operations and contractor management, and delivering a first-class service to residents and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the estate and public realm
- Recruitment, leadership and performance management of the on-site team
- Oversight of contractors, defect resolution, and mobilisation of new assets
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and statutory regulations
- Proactive resident and stakeholder engagement, managing queries and complaints professionally
- Financial oversight - budgets, KPIs, contractor tenders, and reporting
- Previous experience in an Estate Manager / Senior FM role within a residential or mixed-use development
- Strong M&E knowledge (CHPs, district heating systems, energy centres, lifts, access control)
- Proven track record of working with developers and managing complex defect processes
- Highly organised, with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Confident, professional and able to push back diplomatically when required
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional resident and occupier experience
