My client, a prestigious property manager, investor and developer are looking for an Estate Manager to join the close-knit team in Central London, looking after a portfolio of properties both commercial and retail. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference and enhance your professional growth!

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Day to day management of units in the assigned area
  • Managing and leading the onsite operational teams to provide the highest levels of service to all stakeholders
  • Ensuring a high quality and safe environment throughout all areas of the complex
  • Communicating and engaging with tenants, site staff, contractors and consultants to continuously improve the efficiency, quality and value of the complex
  • Creating service charge and non-recoverable budgets
  • Ensure soft and hard services contracts are delivered to the highest standards
  • Ensuring health and safety, fire safety and compliance are kept to the highest standards
  • Leading, encouraging and motivating the on-site team

Must have :

  • Previous facilities environment experience
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • A keen problem solver
  • Client facing
  • Strong administration and excellent IT skills
  • IOSH

Good to have but not essential:

  • NEBOSH
