With a strong local presence and a reputation built on decades of experience, we are now seeking a driven and strategic Head of Lettings to lead our high-performing lettings team in Earl’s Court. The Opportunity:As Head of Lettings, you will take full ownership of the lettings division, driving business growth, managing a motivated team, and ensuring excellence in service delivery. This is a senior leadership position ideal for someone with proven success in lettings and strong knowledge of the Prime Central and South West London markets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the lettings department, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds targets.
  • Drive new business generation through proactive networking, valuations, and client engagement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all lettings legislation and industry standards.
  • Implement and manage effective marketing strategies to promote properties and build brand presence.
  • Monitor market trends and advise clients accordingly.
  • Recruit, train, and support lettings negotiators and support staff.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to align lettings goals with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential lettings, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Earl’s Court and wider South West London lettings market.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • ARLA qualification (or willingness to work toward it).
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue and performance targets.
  • Well-organised, commercially astute, and results-driven.
  • Full UK driving licence.
