- Lead and develop the lettings department, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds targets.
- Drive new business generation through proactive networking, valuations, and client engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with all lettings legislation and industry standards.
- Implement and manage effective marketing strategies to promote properties and build brand presence.
- Monitor market trends and advise clients accordingly.
- Recruit, train, and support lettings negotiators and support staff.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to align lettings goals with overall business objectives.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential lettings, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the Earl’s Court and wider South West London lettings market.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- ARLA qualification (or willingness to work toward it).
- Proven track record of meeting revenue and performance targets.
- Well-organised, commercially astute, and results-driven.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Competitive basic salary of £35,000
