  • Lead and manage the lettings department to exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Drive new business generation through proactive prospecting, networking, and client engagement.
  • Conduct valuations and pitch for high-value instructions with professionalism and market expertise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, relocation agents, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee all compliance and regulatory requirements in line with ARLA and property legislation.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to attract premium properties and tenants.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the lettings team, ensuring a culture of high performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape business strategy and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in residential lettings, with proven leadership experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Prime Central London lettings market, ideally South Kensington and surrounding areas.
  • Strong track record of winning instructions and delivering results.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially astute, target-driven, and highly organised.
  • ARLA qualification (or willing to obtain).
  • Full UK driving licence.
