Head of Property - Hospitality SectorLocation: Field-based role with regular site travel, primarily to London, Edinburgh, and ParisSalary: Upto c£90,000 + Bonus Potential & Excellent BenefitsAre you a strategic and commercially minded property leader with a passion for the hospitality industry? We're representing a well-established and growing hospitality group in their search for a Head of Property to take ownership of their hotel estate across the UK and Europe.This is a high-impact, senior leadership role reporting directly into the Group Director of Property Development. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, estate management, maintenance strategy, capex planning, and health & safety across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all development and refurbishment projects, working with external consultants and contractors.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to add value through development, extensions, and optimisation of space.
  • Own and manage the property capex budget, including reviewing and approving capex requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards in planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards.
  • Lead on Health & Safety and risk management across all projects.

What We're Looking For:Essential:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, ideally within the hospitality or leisure sector.
  • Deep understanding of M&E systems and estate infrastructure.
  • Experience managing diverse consultant and contractor teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to add tangible value to property assets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex, competing priorities.
  • Experience developing and presenting business cases and long-term capex planning.
  • A proactive, self-starter with a strong network of property professionals.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within the hospitality sector.
  • Estate management expertise, especially relating to third-party leases.
  • Experience working across European markets.
  • Higher-level qualification in a related discipline.

Package Includes:

  • Upto c£90,000 per annum salary.
