Our leading Real Estate Management client is seeking an Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. Working from the West London office, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management Team in running a local high end portfolio

Duties Include:

  • Supporting with processing resident documents and data
  • Booking contractors
  • Managing contractor keys and access
  • Organising and coordinating meetings and diaries
  • Managing keys release to contractors
  • Overseeing general enquires
  • General administration duties

Experienced Required:

  • Proven Administration experience
  • Good customer skills
  • Highly organised and good levels of attention to detail
  • Good level of IT skills and use of CRM
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress
