Auction Administrator | £28,000 - £32,000 | East London | Full-Time

An established and highly respected property auction house is looking for a detail-driven Auction Administrator to join its East London office. Your Key Responsibilities as an Auction Administrator

As an Auction Administrator, you'll be instrumental in supporting the end-to-end auction process. Your primary duties will include:

  • Logging new property listings on internal systems, websites, and external portals.
  • Managing and verifying Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance documentation.
  • Creating and preparing auction-day documentation, including addenda updates.
  • Liaising with both buyers and sellers, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Raising invoices and managing key financial documentation.
  • Processing and allocating deposit payments and administrative fees accurately.
  • Assisting the senior administrator in managing daily workflow and departmental coordination.
