Your new company This established leading property consultancy based inthe West End are looking for an established administrator from the propertyspace to join their friendly property management team.Your new role

  • Respond to and manage incoming queries and requests from clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ongoing cases and communications
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, inspections, and follow-up actions
  • Monitor compliance with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring all documentation is up to date
  • Liaise with third-party service providers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Track outstanding actions and follow up to ensure resolution within agreed timeframes
  • Process and verify billing and financial documentation, identifying and resolving discrepancies where necessary

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative roles is essential
  • Prior exposure to property management is advantageous; experience within the property sector is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative
  • Must be able to commute to the West End five days a week
