They currently have a superb opportunity for an experienced Property Management Administrator to join the team in Westminster. To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience within a residential property management / lettings team, as well as strong organisation and administration skills. Our client prides themselves on their property management service and, therefore, you will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drawing up agreements etc. for all new tenancies• Arranging the check in and check out processes for tenants• Reporting issues to contractors and managing the repairs process• Managing tenant data (WIP)• Organising utilities for properties (connections, disconnections)• Managing utility billing• Managing the council tax demands process for the property portfolio• Managing the change of tenancy correspondences to council and utility providers• Uploading invoices for payment for electronic authorisation• Organising EPCs, electrical checks, gas certificates, and sending copies to tenants• Check, amend and authorise utility invoices for various residential and commercial properties in the portfolio, including updating meter readings, verifying liability dates, requesting copy of bills• Maintaining online parking website (iPermit) for parking spaces• General administration for the property team to include: courier bookings, saving documents on S Drive, coordinating meetings and arranging lunches / refreshments when required• Maintaining records (WIP, tenancy schedules etc.)• Key cutting & key cabinet management• Applying for new residential bin containers and reporting any issues with collections to the council• Covering reception at lunch time and holidays, whenever required.

Personal specification:

• Previous experience within a property management / lettings administration role• Strong understanding of current lettings legislation• ARLA qualified would be advantageous• Experience dealing with high end clientele• Excellent standard of communication - written and verbal• High level of customer service skills• Proven ability to prioritise workloads and plan ahead• Ability to work well in a team environment• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Our client is offering a salary of ÂŁ32,000 to ÂŁ35,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
