Junior/Property Management Administrator - South Woodford
Salary: £25,000Working Hours: 8.30am -5:00pm
Our client is looking for a Property Management Administrator, who has a minimum of 1 year’s previous experience to join and support their team in South Woodford.
It is important you are extremely well organised, live within 30 minutes of the office and have excellent local knowledge.
To succeed in this position, you will have previously worked within a property management environment and have Alto experience. You will feel confident in taking decisions and working on your own initiative. Organising any necessary maintenance projects.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinate the department’s work on a weekly and daily basis
- Manage contractor relationships.
- Booking in 6-month property inspections & Check outs
- Ensuring Property Management software systems are kept up to date.
- Ensuring landlords’ and tenants are kept informed.
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements (GSC, Deposit registrations etc.) are met.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year’s experience within property management/Administration
- Experienced in Alto
- Ability to handle and resolve Customer complaints.
- Well organised and an excellent multitasker
- Great customer service attitude
- Good understanding of plumbing, electrical, boiler, handyman etc. issues
- Ability to review quotes
