Your new company This established leading property consultancy based inthe West End are looking for an established administrator from the propertyspace to join their friendly property management team.Your new role
- Respond to and manage incoming queries and requests from clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ongoing cases and communications
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, inspections, and follow-up actions
- Monitor compliance with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring all documentation is up to date
- Liaise with third-party service providers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Track outstanding actions and follow up to ensure resolution within agreed timeframes
- Process and verify billing and financial documentation, identifying and resolving discrepancies where necessary
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative roles is essential
- Prior exposure to property management is advantageous; experience within the property sector is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative
- Must be able to commute to the West End five days a week
