This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial property administration - ideally within an agency setting.

?? What You'll Be Doing

You'll support our fast-paced transactions team across residential and commercial deals. Your role will be varied, dynamic, and integral to the smooth running of the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating property sales and acquisitions

  • Liaising with agents, surveyors, and solicitors

  • Managing documentation, compliance, and tenancy records

  • Organising viewings and handling purchaser enquiries

  • Supporting lease management, insurance claims, and legal documentation

  • Assisting with rent reviews and new lettings

? What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years' experience in a property admin role (residential/commercial agency preferred)

  • Detail-focused, organised, and efficient

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Professional, proactive, and dependable

  • Keen to build a long-term career with training and progression
