This role is central to the lettings operation, supporting the smooth and compliant renewal of tenancies. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with lettings experience who enjoys working in a process-driven, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and issuing tenancy renewal documentation, including Section 13 notices and addendums, using electronic signature platforms• Overseeing and managing the digital signing process for landlords and tenants• Administering periodic tenancies and updating in-house systems accordingly• Chasing unsigned tenancy agreements to ensure timely completion• Finalising renewals by executing and distributing completed documents, including compliance paperwork (e.g., TDS certificates)• Supporting rental negotiation discussions between landlords and tenants• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and internal departments to provide updates and resolve queries• Assisting with other administrative tasks within the lettings team as needed• Handling the change of sharer process, including referencing and Right to Rent checks• Monitoring and chasing expired Right to Rent documents• Preparing A5 cards and assisting with internal communications.

Personal specification:

• Previous experience in lettings or property administration is desirable• Sound understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance (e.g., TDS, Right to Rent)• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Confident using Microsoft Office and lettings software• Able to work independently and manage a varied workload efficiently.

This is a part-time maternity contract (12 month cover).

The salary for this role will be ÂŁ16,500 based on a 20 hour working week. There will be a ÂŁ500 bonus upon successful completion of the contract.

• Option 1: Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 2.30pm• Option 2: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 1.30pm
