We’re working with a well-established independent estate agency based in the beautiful a area of North London, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, high-performing team in a lovely office environment.The Role:You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of sales and lettings properties, working with both vendors and landlords to secure successful transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:

Conducting viewings and market appraisals for both sales and lettings
Negotiating offers and closing deals efficiently
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Generating new business through referrals and local networking
Maintaining accurate records and progressing sales/lettings through to completion

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential sales and lettings
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
A proactive, driven, and customer-focused mindset
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
