What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Handling sales enquiries and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Generating new business and promoting company services
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential estate agency
- Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Smart, articulate, and well-presented
- Local knowledge of the Blackheath area is a bonus
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
