- Negotiations: Skilfully negotiate sales terms, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved, and leveraging your ability to close deals effectively.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on local market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in the residential property sector.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on closing deals and maximizing commission potential.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to exceed targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients.
- Familiarity with the London market is a plus, though not essential.
- Basic salary of £25,000 with significant earning potential through 10-20% commission on sales.
