Sales Negotiator - Battersea - Independent Agency

We're looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a market-leading independent estate agency based in Battersea,covering the SW LONDON Area.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be a key player in the Battersea office, responsible for:

  • Answering enquiries and registering buyers
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Obtaining and relaying buyer feedback to vendors and directors
  • Assisting in winning new instructions and listing properties to market
  • Onboarding clients and issuing terms of business
  • Conducting AML checks on vendors and buyers
  • Carrying out local market research and staying informed on trends
  • Supporting the sales manager with strategy and outreach
  • Generating new leads and converting opportunities
  • Providing a seamless, customer-focused experience from start to finish
