SENIOR/EXECUTIVE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - KENSINGTON

Step up your career as a Senior Lettings Negotiator with an award-winning estate agency in the heart of Kensington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and high-performing team, managing key landlord and tenant relationships while driving new business through proactive instruction sourcing.

You'll be responsible for conducting engaging property viewings and ensuring exceptional customer service that reinforces our agency's strong ties with its valued landlord network. This role demands expertise in landlord/tenant matters, a solid understanding of UK lettings legislation, and proven experience in residential lettings, alongside exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Managing landlord and tenant matters
  • Actively look to generate more lettings instructions
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our close and long standing Landlords
  • Maintain updated property listings via our CRM system
  • Work to achieve monthly company targets Qualifications
  • Expertise in Landlord/Tenant Matters
  • Up to date knowledge of legislation governing the Lettings process in the UK
  • Experience working working in residential lettings
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
