This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-reward environment where your hard work directly impacts your earnings.Key Responsibilities:

Register and qualify applicants to a high standard
Match applicants with suitable properties and conduct viewings
Negotiate and manage offers through to move-in
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
Maintain strong knowledge of the local rental market and legislation

Requirements:

Proven experience in a residential Lettings Negotiator role
Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Full UK driving licence (essential)
ARLA qualification (desirable)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Motivated, organised, and confident in a competitive environment
