  • Register and qualify applicants to a high standard
  • Match applicants with suitable properties and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate and manage offers through to move-in

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the local rental market and legislation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a residential Lettings Negotiator role
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • ARLA qualification (desirable)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Motivated, organised, and confident in a competitive environment
