Temporary Duty Manager - Residential Development

Location: N5, London

Contract: Temporary (Full-Time)

Salary: £33,000 pro rata

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Temporary Duty Manager to support a prestigious residential development in the Islington area. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident individual with a strong background in residential property management or front-of-house operations to oversee the day-to-day running of a high-end development and ensure an exceptional living experience for residents.

Supporting the dynamic Estate Director, you will assist in supervising a small team, as-well as ensuring service levels are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors during duty hours
  • Manage and coordinate concierge/reception staff, ensuring high service standards
  • Oversee daily operations, health & safety compliance, and site presentation
  • Handle resident queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare shift reports for senior management

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential property management, facilities, or concierge/duty management roles

Strong customer service and leadership skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Ability to handle emergencies and work independently

Knowledge of health & safety regulations and building operations (desirable)
