Are you a professional Corporate Receptionist looking to step into an exciting new role? Our client, a high-profile organisation with a strong international presence, is seeking a confident Corporate Receptionist to join their London team on a temp to perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an excellent front-of-house presence, fluency in Arabic, and a keen understanding of professionalism, client service, and front-of-house excellence in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
  • Manage the front-of-house area, ensuring the reception is always immaculate
  • Handle high-volume calls and emails in both English and Arabic with a client service mindset
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV needs with utmost professionalism
  • Support the team with admin duties while maintaining high front-of-house standards

Profile Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic speaker with strong awareness of professionalism, client service, and front-of-house etiquette
  • Experience in a corporate receptionist or front desk role within a professional environment
  • Well-presented, confident, and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to start immediately and open to a temp to perm opportunity
  • This role follows standard office hours (8.45/9am-5pm)
